  • Content tags, descriptions, categories, and metadata

  • Transcripts, annotations, or AI-generated derivatives

  • Ownership declarations and licensing preferences

We do not sell personal data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research, benchmarking, or statistical purposes in accordance with the OECD AI Principles.

  • Service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, customer support) under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements

  • Partners (only with your explicit consent for syndication or collaboration)

  • Legal authorities when required under laws like Singapore’s Computer Misuse Act

  • Buyers or acquiring entities in case of a corporate transaction, merger, or acquisition

All cross-border transfers comply with PDPA’s data transfer requirements and applicable data localization mandates.

5. Data Storage, Transfers, and Security

  • Storage: We use secure cloud infrastructure providers compliant with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other global certifications.

  • Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined or as required by law.

  • Security: Measures include encryption (TLS, AES-256), role-based access control, regular audits, and incident response protocols.

For users uploading content to Clairva:

  • You retain full ownership unless otherwise specified in a licensing agreement

  • Clairva receives a limited, revocable license to process and structure your content (e.g., tagging, transcription, dataset inclusion) for the purposes agreed upon

  • You may opt-out from dataset monetization unless explicitly permitted through our onboarding workflow

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. If personal data from a minor has been submitted in error, contact us for immediate deletion.
